At Koko Fashion, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Koko Fashion account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
